Visit the Future with Easyfairs! For their Group headquarters, based in Brussels, we are currently recruiting a Group Sales & Marketing Director - Empack & Logistics Portfolio.
As Group Sales & Marketing Director, you are the one managing and developing the Empack and Logistics event brand portfolio across the group and lead the global initiatives and event features.
The local Event Managers in the regions are reporting to you in dotted line.
Some specific tasks and responsibilities are :
A.Brand management and development
•Develop a general market expertise (industry value chain, key market figures, global trends, competition analysis, SWOTA,…)
•Make sure the event concepts and brand guidelines are being understood and respected by regional event teams across the group
•Identify new growth paths to the existing event concept
•Identify geographical brand deployment and acquisition opportunities
•Roll out commercial approach per exhibitor segment/profile (creative participation packages, formats, ...)
•Build Cat A commercial strategy + cross-selling of international event portfolio
•Build an intelligent pricing strategy
C.Marketing & Communication strategy
•Develop a global Empack marketing plan to establish the brands as European Packaging A(event) authorities
•International brand management: Cross-branding & consistency across regions
•Build an international network through face-to-face meetings with Cat A-visitors
•Multi-event deals with key media/associations/federations
•Advise teams on trending topics to build balanced and ‘visit the future’ content at each event
•Lead the Empack Global Awards: Outline guidelines, categories, application process, business case…
